The Arkansas Apartment Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional advancement of the apartment industry in Central Arkansas. It is a coalition of local apartment community owner/operators, management companies, vendors/suppliers and real estate companies.
Vendor and supplier involvement in the Association as associate members is a beneficial opportunity to gain exposure for their company as well as the products and services they offer the apartment industry.

NAA's "Get Reel" Career Video Challenge
National Apartment Careers Month creates awareness of and promotes the attractive and recession-resistant careers in the apartment industry to high school and college students, military veterans, military spouses and career changers. Industry hiring personnel, whether they are onsite managers or corporate human resources managers, are encouraged to evaluate this fresh pipeline of talent more effectively, exploring core competencies and transferrable skills and not just look for previous apartment industry experience. Apartment community staff, apartment management companies, hiring personnel and NAA affiliated associations is all encouraged to participate in National Apartment Careers Month in February of 2012 and create awareness about careers in the apartment industry locally.
NAAEI is calling for submissions for its “Get Reel” Career Video Challenge posted on YouTube, where winners can be eligible to win a trip to the 2012 NAA Conference and Exposition in Boston. Go to http://www.naahq.org/education/naaei/campaigns/Pages/CareerVideoChallenge.aspx to view contest rules.
