Shatoria Daniels, CAM, President
Shatoria Daniels began her career in the industry in 2004 in Fayetteville North Carolina as a Leasing Consultant. Since then she has been held the position as Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager and Property Manager. She is currently the Property Manager at Capitol Hill Apartments in West Little Rock. She has been active with the Apartment Association for a few years now. She has served as Membership Chairperson, Secretary, Vice President and now President. In the year 2008 she received her CAM designation and in the year 2009 she received her ARM designation. She says “It has been a real pleasure to work with Association. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to serve the industry. “
Shatoria is a member of The Junior League of Little Rock and also married to Roderick Daniels and they are expecting their first child July 2010!
Chella Stivers, Vice President
Chella Stivers started her multi-family housing career in 1993 at Briarwood Apartments for Consolidated Properties, Inc. She began as a weekend Leasing Agent and quickly worked in a full time Leasing Agent. Chella earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation in 1995 and was promoted to Assistant Manager. The property was sold in 1998 and her next step in her career was to a Property Manager position at Colony West Apartments for Stonemark Management. She was then promoted to an Area Property Manager for Breckenridge Square and Colony West Apartments in 1999. She left the property industry in 2003 and worked on the vendor side of the business for over four years. She returned to the industry in 2008 with The Lynd Co. She is the Property Manager for ChapelRidge of Sherwood where she has received the Presidents Award for Financial Results, Outstanding Leadership in Community Retention, Excellence in Accounting Proficiency, and Exception Achievement Property Comparison Review.
Chella has been a part of the Arkansas Apartment Association for 15 years. She has served as the Education Chairperson, Membership Chairperson, Co-Chair of the Arkansas Multi-Family Housing Association (AMFHA). She is the 2010 Vice President and Co-Chair of the Arkansas Multi-Family Housing Association (AMFHA). She is working toward receiving her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation this year.
Jennifer Gulledge, CAM, Treasurer
Jennifer Gulledge has over 10 years experience in the Multi Family Industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arkansas in 1995. Jennifer began her career in Property Management as a Leasing Professional with Equity Residential Properties. She has also worked for Pinnacle Realty Management, Harbour Group Management, Greystar Management, Bailey Properties and Vintage Realty as a Property Manager and Sr. Property Manager. Jennifer became a District Manager for Bailey Properties in October 2008.
Jennifer has received Customer Service Awards and Highest Closing Ratio Awards during her career. She obtained her ARM designation in 2006, her Arkansas Real Estate License in 2007 and received her CAM Designation in 2008.
Abby Youngbauer, CAM, Secretary

Abby started working as a leasing consultant for Bailey Properties in 1998. In 1999 she was promoted to Leasing Trainer and later on that year to Property Manager. Abby received her CAM designation in 2000 and continued to work for Bailey Properties till 2003. In August of 2003, Abby began working as a Property Manager for Mid-America Apartment Communities, where she continues to reside at today.
Abby has been active in the Arkansas Apartment Association for many years. She has been co-chair of the Membership Council, chair of the Manager’s Council, and now Secretary of the association.

Shelley Ellis, CAM, Education Council Chair
Shelley started working as a leasing consultant for First Capitol Management Group in 1998 while going to college at UALR. Her goal was to be a teacher. However, she really enjoyed the business and the people. In 2000, she was promoted to Property Manager for MLP Investments and also worked for them as a Regional Marketing Director in 2003. In the later part of 2003, she began work as a Property Manager for Bailey Properties at Overbrook Apartments.
She has been active in the Arkansas Apartment Association for many years and that is where she learned almost everything about the business. By going to the seminars and events held by the Arkansas Apartment Association and The National Apartment Association she has met many people that have made a huge impact on me in her career. Ms. Ellis has served on many committees with the association and helped out every chance she gets. Shelley has been chair of the Public Relations Committee, chair of the Manager's Council, Treasurer, Vice President, & Past-President 07' and 09'.
Currently, she is serving as Education Council Chair and hopes to always be apart of the Arkansas Apartment Association. She encourages everyone to get involved in the association because that is a priceless opportunity for you that will help you grow and learn.
She says, "You cannot imagine all the wonderful people you will meet in this business and the ideas you can gain from being a part of an Arkansas Apartment Association committee. Billy Stain , Associates Council Co-Chair
Billy Stain is from the small town of Yellville, AR. He came to Conway in 1998 where he attended UCA. Billy has been in the lawn care industry since he was 14. His dad would take his cousin and him to mow on Saturdays until Billy could drive.
Billy put himself through college doing odd jobs in landscaping for various homeowners. He worked a desk job after obtaining his bachelor’s degree and while working on a master’s degree in business and another in theology. After completing those degrees, Billy bought the U.S. Lawns franchise in order to broaden his customer base and get out from behind the desk! The Lord has blessed him with a beautiful wife Robin and a son, Raegen, who will turn one in February.

Kathy Greenbaum , Public Relations Council Chair
Kathy Greenbaum started her career in property management with Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. She was blessed to have wonderful career opportunities with Cathy Tuggle. She received her Real Estate License and her NALP Designation under the guidance of Cathy Tuggle. Kathy has served as the Public Relations Chair Person since she joined Comcast of Little Rock. She has also served on the Comcast Cares Committee, Comcast Social Committee, and CASA of Saline County Board of Directors. Kathy has a strong belief in giving back to the community. The Lord has blessed Kathy with two beautiful children, her youngest child who is truly a miracle.
Alysia Austin, Public Relations Council Co-Chair

Alysia Austin began working in Property Management with ERC Management Company as a Leasing Consultant for Chapel Ridge NLR in 2005. She was promoted to Assistant Property Manager for Capstone Real-Estate Services In 2006. In November 2007 she transitioned from Chapel Ridge NLR to Bailey Properties LLC, where she currently works as a Leasing Consultant. She is a two time recipient of the Leasing Consultant of the Year Award through the Arkansas Apartment Association once in 2007 and again in 2009. Alysia received an award through Bailey Properties LLC, for Leasing Consultant of the Year and Top Shop Award in 2009. Under the guidance of Shelley Ellis, she received her designation of National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) through The National Apartment Association Education Institute, for fulfilling curriculum requirements and passing a comprehensive examination. Alysia has been active in the Arkansas Apartment Association since 2009.

Bronwynne Brown, CAM, Managers Council Chair
Bronwynne Brown, CAM, received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Bob Jones University at Greenville, SC, in 1998. Te following year she started in the business as a leasing consultant for an AIMCO Property. She has been active in the Little Rock market since 2005. She is currently Property Manager for Heritage Properties at The Palisades at Chenal Valley. Having had positions from Leasing, Asst Manager, Property Manager, Area Marketing Manager, and Regional Manager over the last 11 years, she has a wide perspective on property management. Bronwynne received her CAM designation in 2008 after taking advantage of the opportunity offered by the Arkansas Apartment Association. After having been very involved in the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, SC, she is excited to be a part of the Arkansas Apartment Association.
Diane McCoy, NALP, Managers Council Co-Chair

Diane McCoy is the Corporate Housing Executive Director for Tuggle Services, Inc., DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. She has worked with Cathy Tuggle since August of 2003 where she started as a Leasing & Relocation Specialist. Diane began her career in Property Management with First Capital Management Group in 2002. She currently holds a BBA in Banking & Finance with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Mississippi State University, a sales license with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, and a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation through the National Apartment Association.
Diane is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock where she has served on the Bargain Boutique Committee & the Development & Donor Relations Committee.
Diane was married to Zach in December of 2003 and they have a little boy, Will. Diane loves being a Mommy!!

Shannon is married with a 7 1/2 year old son Christopher and a 1 year old son Parker.She also currently holds a real-estate license with JC Thornton and Company as well as an NALP designation with the National Apartment Association.

Cathy Tuggle, NALP, Special Events Committee Chair

Cathy Tuggle is the Owner and Principal Broker of Tuggle Services, Inc. dba Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites since October 1999. Cathy is a native of Haskell, a small community South of Benton where she continues to reside.
She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and quickly established a career in the field of real estate. Cathy has over 16 years experience in the multifamily industry through marketing, training, and property management.
Cathy has been involved with the Arkansas Apartment Association for many years and has served on several committees such as the Education Chairperson and Associates Council as well as serving as Treasurer and Vice President. Cathy and her companies participate in fundraising programs for CARTI, Center for Youth and Families, Make A Wish, Big Brothers and Big Sisters along with Race for the Cure.

Jean'ne Holder , Special Events Committee Co-Chair
Jean'ne works in sales and marketing with Dixie Rents of Little Rock. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has always been involved with some form of public relations whether, sales, marketing, customer service or human resources. In 1996 she obtained her real estate license and kept herself invloved in some type of community or church service. Jean'ne volunteered for Churches Joint Council on Human Services (a local saline county food shelter) for three years where she also served as Chairman of the Board in 2000. Jean'ne believes serving the community and giving back is vital. She has served on the Board of the Arkansas Apartment Association during 2006, 2007 and 2009.
