President's Message

2008 is going to be our best year yet.  We have a fantastic board with lots of enthusiasm and great ideas to share with our membership.  Our top goals are to connect our properties with our suppliers, to provide the ultimate amount of education to our entire membership, and recruit new individuals in becoming tomorrow’s leaders of the AAA.

Here is an inside view of what is coming our way…The Manager’s Council is diligently working to plan events to unite Managers the opportunity to discuss day to day issues and activities as well as gaining meaningful management relationships. Our Membership Council is committed in recruiting new membership as well as educating existing members on how to better utilize their opportunities through the AAA.  Our Public Relations Committee is planning on some great ideas to benefit the AAA members while building a beneficial relationship with CARTI, a very well deserved charity. A fabulous Trade Show is in the works to bring great educational and networking opportunities to everyone, one exciting event comes directly from NAA…Maintenance Mania…look for more information coming to you soon.  Our Maintenance Committee has lots of great ideas and educational events to assist in the growth of our maintenance personnel.  The Education Committee is offering the first affordable CAM Class with the assistance of some of our loyal suppliers.  A fantastic Golf Tournament is being planned from our Associates Council.  There are so many opportunities coming our way!  We look forward in seeing you in 2008 not only by participating in all of these events, but seeing you as an individual and as a company grow by cashing in on this investment that you placed through the Arkansas Apartment Association.
