Trade show The 2008 show is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8th, 2008 at Clear Channel Communications in Little Rock.
Super Suppliers Save The Day Our Supplier Members go to Infinity and Beyond to help our Properties and Management Companies with various services and supplies. Dress up as your favorite Super Hero, decorate your booth accordingly and present your supplies and/or services to our membership in a casual atmosphere. Click here more information about the theme Regular booths are $250.00-$300.00 for members/$500.00-$550.00 for non-members. Any adjoining regular booths may be made into double booths ($400.00 or $450.00 for premium booths, non-member price is $800.00-850.00) Pavilion Booths are $400.00 - $450.00 for members/$800.00-$850.00 for non-members. Electrical Hook-up is available for $40.00 at most booths, however, please bring your own extension cords. The Floorplan shows the price differences. Please contact AAA for available booths. This year AAA is excited to have Michelle Childers, Mid-South Regional Director with Apartment Finder as our featured speaker. Ms. Childers will be presenting Today's Apartment Shopper. Michelle M. Childers, NALP, CLP, ARM, RAM Dean, CAS Michelle Childers has over 17 years of multifamily experience. She began her career in the multifamily industry in Birmingham, AL with Jackson Management Group as a leasing consultant in 1990. She quickly move up through the ranks to Senior Property Manager before moving across the desk in 1997 to begin a new career in multifamily marketing with Apartment Blue Book which is now known as Apartment Finder. She is currently the Mid-South Regional Director with Apartment Finder, a motivational speaker, trainer, life coach, wife and most importantly a mother of two beautiful girls.
Michelle has a passion for the Multifamily Industry that shows through her involvement in multiple Apartment Associations across the Southeast and the many designations she has attained. She is currently working on her latest designation NAA’s Lyceum. Michelle not only knows how to create her own destiny but also has a great passion to help others discover their own limitless potential to be whatever they dream to be.
This year we will also be hosting the our first Maintenance Mania Event Maintenance Mania is a national competition where maintenance technicians are able to compete against each other in various skill-based games. The game are focused on frequent maintenance issues, plus one race car building competition! Competitors can participate in events offered by local NAA affliliates to win various local awards. Local winners then have a chance to compete at the National Championships held at the annual NAA Educational Conference & Exposition. Sponsorships are still available for this event

*MUST be present to win and MUST have a signed card that they have visited each boot. Vendors/Suppliers are NOT eligible for any door prize giveaways. Please use this as an incentive to get Property Personnel out to your booths. A flyer will go out closer to the show to all properties and management companies listing all door prizes.
